Wow has it really been over a year since I have posted here?
Well a year ago i posted about wanting to try out D&D 4E.  Guess what we finally got a group together. Our 1st session will be May 20th.  abreeskye will give Dming a go.  until next year

Wow I just read they are coming out with a 4th ed.of D&D (k this may be old news to some) in June. Here my fucking time line

1984 or 85 (i was 8 or 9)I started playing d&d. My friend Kevin ran the game.

We had rather small 2 to 4 man parties sometimes running multi characters to cover lack of cool d&d friends. He used ad&d 1st ed rules and his own campaign settings in which was very detailed. He had shit tons of hand drawn and painted maps and own mythos. He then went to collage and ultmitely moved away so are game playing time was limited how I looked foward to those weekends.

1992 I swithed to playing Vampire TM with another like minded friends. Later Kevin would protake in this guilty pleasure.

1995 me and a few of my roleplying buddies started a band and i finally got laid :) (sorry i have to feed the fools who believe the roleplayer virgin hype. my brethern know we laid plenty of vixens and half elfs in our day).

1996 I meet the perfect woman who would game with me.

1998 I moved to TN and had to start all over.

1999 finaly finding peeps where I work i ventured into the world of 2nd ed D&D. Only to play it about 3 times.

2001 I got with a group we played 3rd edition ran by Scott (with 2 T's) H. This game was going along very well until life shot us a fucking curve ball and we had to quit. and fuck up a good game :(.

2002 I Gmed my 1st games Vampire TM (ok it is storytelling here but i could not come up with the right way to put it). and Moden d20. This was killed by Star Wars Galaxies.

2005 August we started play/living World of Warcraft. And i thought pen and paper to me was dead until I got bite a few months later. I got into an Angel game a with Butch.  This was a great expence it was the1st time playing with people i have never meet.  I'm sure it would have great ride but it was killed after only 2 games.

2006 - Present I haven't gamed since 2005.

Not that I don't want to. I have talked about it until Jays wanted to cut my balls off and feed to to pogo. i have even bought books and had planed stories. 

I feel i am a shity dm/gm/storyteller so i will not run one. I work a weird scudule so i would only play every other week so it is hard to get into someone elses game.

I still play wow but it will never give me the same enjoyment that paper and pen did.

Oh and another thing have u seen these sweet minis shit i remember my old puter mini that stayed grey (i was never a DeeJ who could paint the shit out of the things). i am not talking about playing the stupied d&d mini game but using them in the real fucking thing.  shit ok my wife said 2 hours writing a blog is long enough so i am outtie. 

until i meet that group who last years i will be on wow:(

Fuck it is 5 am and i still cant get to sleep. Here is how the weekend played out.
Sat. We went to see Hills Have Eyes I enjoyed it, lots of blood and ugly fucks. Then that night we went to temple and talked Joey into coming out for the night. It was great to get to hear Josh spin he played some killer songs. The band was just hmmmm lets just say they (ok really just the guitarist) have gave us something to talk about. There were some interesting people out, nice asses hanging out and we got the 101 on what not to wear and how not to dance. Not to mention were not to put your figure.
Sun. Started out the day by Zuggin' until around 7 when responsibility came rushing in and i started laundry. That quickly became a show watching time we watched the new Sopranos and a new show called The Big Love.
Then Mon. in which i still call weekend because I didn't have to work. We watched this fuck up Penn & Teller ep with circumcisions damn my dick hurt all day. We then went to the nails show in whick was a trauma turned great. Saul was awesome I just wished we didn't miss the 1st few from the set, NIN was great as always I loved the blood drop background.. just so you know why i dodn't post much this post took me 30 mins to write damn I am a sad case!!!

Went to see 2 shows this week
Thrusday - MSI
The opening band Dead Babys fucking sucked as Abree said "they are trying to hard too be quirky."
The 2nd band S.M.B. I would have liked better if it wasn't for the fact they were playing before MSI because they had the MSI kind of vibe but not even close to matching them.
MSI sounded great and had a great stage presence. I wish i was more versed in their shit but i am guilty for picking and listen to a few songs (two they didn't play "do unto others" and "tight") however they played a lot of shit from "you'll rebel... " in which i've listened to (and love) a lot since 4-12.

Friday - Pigface
Helltrash played 1st. I like them but the vocalist is a fucker he was being an ass on stage and off. It is a shame the band sounds great.
Then came Voodou. I really didn't care for them kind repetative shit. But i still think one song was about a Jedi and in my book that "is cool".
Nocturne played thrid we went up front for them because Ben Graves (Murderdolls drummer) is playing drums for them and sis wouldn't have it any other way ;). They were really good not to mention the vocalist was hot and made me feel like a perverted old man when i would look up her skirt.
Fourth up was Sheep on Drugs not bad just too "ravie" for me. While s.o.d. were playing i went back to check on sis she stayed in the back with the hopes of meeting Ben Graves. At 1st glance i could tell she hadn't met him. So I kinda down played the deal like well u did get to see him up close and blah blah blah and she was like yeah that was cool. Not 5 minuites after i talked to her and returned to Abree i saw her walking to the floor looking like she was getting ready to cry lo and behold she had bens signature on her shirt.
Finally Pigface took the stage with a very cool silhouette bit. Once the shadow wall was removed we were introduced to the newest incarnation of the all star band. My familiarity with pigface is i had gub and fook since the mid 90's but never really listened to them . Then about a year ago i got the 93-96 dvd (hoping it had shit w/ tamie) and after watching it I really liked Mr Atkins and what he was doing. My biggest draw to see the show was En Esch. But I came away with new respect for what is collectively called Pigface the members and music. On a funny note I shook hands with En Esch now abree thinks i have the hots for him (wishful thinking hon).

I had a blast last night. They went a little crazy with the smoke machine. A little smoke machine is great it even takes me back to the iNdULgE days but too much and there goes my sinuses.

Next week Abrees makes her djing debut. I really hope there is a good turn out.

We are going to watch the WWE PPV tonight at Scotts. The Rumble is my favorite ppv hope it doesn't disapoint.

Still have to watch the new Justice League and Battlestar Galactica.
